The 5 days from Marrakech to Tangier desert trip is a Morocco private tour that will offer us the opportunity to discover the High Atlas and the South of Morocco and travel to the North.
Our private tour will include a visit to Ait Benhaddou, Merzouga desert dunes, Fes, the Blue City of Chefchaouen, and travel to Tangier.

Marrakech to Tangier 5 days tour description:
Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Benhaddou Kasbah – Rose Valley – Dades Valley.
Our 5 days from Marrakech to Tangier will start at 8:00 AM after our English-speaking driver comes to meet us at the accommodation. We travel along the High Atlas towards the South of Morocco including some short stops on the way to enjoy the panoramic Atlas. The journey will include also a stop at one of Argan’s oil workshops before we arrive at Ait Benhaddou Kasbah.
Upon arrival at the UNESCO Heritage of Ait Benhaddou, we’ll go on a guided visit to discover the famous Kasbah before we continue our Private tour journey.
Once everyone is ready, we will drive towards the city of Ouarzazate which is also known as the Hollywood of Africa including a stop at the Cinema Studio for a short visit. Afterward, we will continue the Morocco tour journey towards the Valley of the Rose and Dades Valley where we will spend our Morocco desert tour first night.
Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Erfoud – Merzouga Desert.
After breakfast, we depart for the second day of our Marrakech Tangier tour from Dades Valley towards Todra Gorge with a short stop at the panoramic Valley of Todra. Once we arrive at the Gorge of Todra, we will go for a short walk under a 300-meter altitude canyon. Afterward, our trip continues to Merzouga passing by Erfoud which is “The Fossil Capital”, according to the time, we might take a short stop to visit one of Erfoud’s fossils workshops. Upon arrival at Merzouga desert, we will change from our 4×4 to join our Camelman who will take us on a Camel trekking excursion to see the amazing sunset on the top of the dunes. After everyone is ready, we will Camel trek back to our Luxury Desert camp for an evening party in the heart of the desert with bright stars light, and drums music.
Day 3: Merzouga Desert – Midelt – Azrou forest – Ifrane – Fes
According to your choice, we might want to wake up earlier to catch an amazing sunrise before our breakfast…
Once everyone is ready, we depart for the 3rd day of our Marrakech Tangier desert tour and this time the destination will be towards Fes via Middle Atlas. We will include some during this journey such at Ziz Valley and the Cedar forest of Azrou to see the Barbarian Apes. Here, we will stop for a while to enjoy some time in the forest, then continue our day tour to Fes via Ifrane City. Dinner and night in Fes accommodation.
Day 4: Fes – Ouazzan – Chefchaouen
After breakfast, we will join the Rif mountains and olive tree valleys on the way to the blue city of Chefchaouen. Enjoying the sceneries of the green Rif with its green hills. Upon arrival in Chefchaouen, we meet our Local guide to take us on a guided tour to discover the blue city and visit one of its famous squares of Utta Hamam. Here, we will also include a visit to Chefchaouen Kasbah. After some time in the afternoon, our driver will take us to our accommodation to check in with dinner and overnight included. End of our 4th private tour day.
Day 5: Chefchaouen to Tangier
The last day of our Marrakech Tangier desert tour will start with a Moroccan delicious breakfast in our Chefchaouen accommodation, then drive along the Rif mountains heading to the north of Morocco. Once we arrive in Tangier, our driver will drop us off at our accommodation or mentioned location according to the program. End of our 5-day tour from Marrakech to Tangier.
