The 2nd day begins with a Moroccan breakfast and a guided tour of Marrakech. Firstly, we visit the Koutoubia Mosque, the largest mosque in the city. Then, explore the stunning Bahia Palace and the historic Saadian Tombs, known for their intricate architecture. After lunch, we wander through the colorful souks and relax at the serene Majorelle Garden, a haven of exotic plants. Finally, enjoy dinner at a rooftop restaurant with views of the medina at your own pace.

3ʳᵈ day: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate

After breakfast, we leave Marrakech and head towards the High Atlas Mountains, which soar at 2600 meters. Furthermore, it offers stunning views of rugged terrain. Within a 3-hour drive, we arrive at Ait Benhaddou. Additionally, it’s a famous UNESCO World Heritage Site. Moreover, it’s famous for its mud-brick kasbahs, featured in films like Gladiator. A lunch break will follow the visit. In the afternoon, we head to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco,” and visit the Atlas Film Studios with the Kasbah of Taourirt.

After that, we continue to the Dades Valley, renowned for its dramatic rock formations and scenic landscapes. Afterward, we drive to the breathtaking Todgha Gorge. Additionally, a canyon with towering cliffs soars 300 meters (approximately 984 feet). In a while, we pass through Berber villages, offering a glimpse into Morocco’s rural life and traditions. In the evening, we arrive at Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Finally, relax for the night and prepare for the following day’s adventure.

5ᵗʰ day: Merzouga Desert Excursion

After breakfast, we start our desert adventure in the golden dunes of Merzouga, also called Erg Chebbi. First, we visit the Tisserdmin Oasis, surrounded by palm trees and scenic desert landscapes. Next, we explore the Fossil Quarries, known for ancient marine fossils dating back millions of years. Afterward, we head to the Mines of Miffis, once mined by locals for precious minerals.
Following that, we visit a nomadic Berber family to learn about their traditions and way of life. Then, we continue to Khamlia, a village famous for its lively Gnawa music performances. For lunch, we enjoy a traditional Berber pizza, a unique dish cooked in the sand.
We meet our camel guide in the afternoon and ride across the dunes. During the trek, we witness the magical sunset over the desert. Finally, we arrive at our luxury desert camp, where we will be welcomed warmly.

Afterward, we follow our Morocco itinerary towards the Middle Atlas Mountains, enjoying the stunning landscapes. Next, we drive to the Azrou Cedar Forest, home to playful Barbary macaques, offering a chance for close encounters with these charming primates. Following that, we visit Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco” for its alpine-style architecture and pristine environment.
Finally, by evening, we conclude the day in Fes, Morocco’s spiritual and cultural capital, ready to explore its rich history and culture the next day.

Following that, we explore the bustling medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and visit the iconic Chouara Tannery, where leather is dyed traditionally. In the afternoon, we tour the Jewish Quarter (Mellah) and enjoy panoramic views from the Borj Nord Museum.

8ᵗʰ day: Fes – Meknes – Volubilis – Chefchaouen

After breakfast, we drive to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities. We visit the impressive Bab Mansour Gate and the peaceful Sahrij Swani Basin upon arrival. Then, we continue to Volubilis, Morocco’s best-preserved Roman ruins, known for its stunning mosaics. Finally, we follow our trip to Chefchaouen, the picturesque “Blue City” in the Rif Mountains.

9ᵗʰ day: Chefchaouen – Tangier

We begin the Chefchaouen tour after breakfast, taking in its calming blue-washed buildings. Then, drive through the Rif Mountains to Tangier, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Mediterranean. Here, we explore the Kasbah Museum, the American Legation Museum, and the legendary Caves of Hercules. Afterward, we check into our accommodation in Tangier.
