1ˢᵗ Day: Fes City Tour

We begin our 10-day Morocco trip with a morning pick-up from your accommodation or the airport in Fes. First, we visit the Royal Palace Gate, renowned for its brass doors and colorful tilework, showcasing Moroccan craftsmanship. Next, we explore the bustling medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where we visit traditional workshops and the iconic Chouara Tanneries, famous for leather dyeing. Afterward, we visit the Bou Inania Madrasa and the historic Al-Qarawiyyin University, the world’s oldest continuously operating university. Finally, we enjoy a panoramic view of Fes as the sun sets, setting the perfect tone for our journey.

2ⁿᵈ Day: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou Cedar Forest – Middle Atlas – Merzouga Desert

After breakfast, we head to Ifrane, often called “Little Switzerland” for its Alpine-style charm and clean surroundings. Next, we visit the Azrou Cedar Forest, home to Barbary monkeys, offering a chance to interact with these playful creatures. Driving through the scenic Middle Atlas Mountains, we pass tranquil villages and stunning landscapes. Upon reaching the Merzouga Desert, we embark on a camel trek to catch a magical sunset over the dunes. Finally, we settle into a luxury desert camp, equipped with private tents, hot showers, and modern amenities.

3ʳᵈ Day: Merzouga – Erfoud – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley

We start the day with breakfast at the camp before leaving for Erfoud, Morocco’s fossil capital. Here, we stop at a fossil workshop to admire ancient artifacts. Afterward, we head to the Todra Gorge, where 300-meter limestone cliffs tower above the valley, creating a breathtaking natural wonder. Later, we drive to the Dades Valley, also known as the “Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs,” to marvel at its dramatic rock formations. Finally, we check into a cozy hotel for the night.

4ᵗʰ Day: Dades Valley – Rose Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech

Our day begins with breakfast before exploring the Valley of Roses, famous for its fragrant blooms and beauty products. Next, we visit Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Morocco,” and explore the historic Taourirt Kasbah. Driving onward, we arrive at the UNESCO-listed Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a stunning fortified village that has appeared in films like Gladiator. Crossing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass in the High Atlas Mountains, we finally arrive in Marrakech for a relaxing evening.

5ᵗʰ Day: Marrakech City Tour

After breakfast, we begin a guided tour of Marrakech. First, we visit the Koutoubia Mosque, the largest in the city, and the Bahia Palace, known for its intricate architecture. Next, we explore the Saadian Tombs, dating back to the 16th century. In the afternoon, we immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Jamaa El Fna Square, with its street performers and market stalls. Afterward, we stroll through the bustling souks, where you can shop for spices, textiles, and handicrafts.

6ᵗʰ Day: Marrakech – Casablanca

We leave Marrakech after breakfast and drive to Casablanca, Morocco’s largest city. On arrival, we check into our hotel and enjoy free time to relax or explore the city at our own pace.

7ᵗʰ Day: Casablanca City Tour – Rabat City Tour

The day begins with breakfast, followed by a visit to the Hassan II Mosque, a stunning architectural marvel by the ocean. Then, we head to Rabat, Morocco’s capital city. Here, we explore the Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, both iconic landmarks of Moroccan heritage. We enjoy free time to wander Rabat’s serene gardens and historic landmarks.

8ᵗʰ Day: Rabat – Tangier City Tour

After breakfast, we travel along the Atlantic coastline to Tangier, a city with a blend of history and modernity. Upon arrival, we explore the lively medina, visit Cape Spartel, and stop at the legendary Caves of Hercules, offering stunning ocean views. The evening is free to experience Tangier’s vibrant nightlife.

9ᵗʰ Day: Tangier – Chefchaouen City Tour

In the morning, we drive to Chefchaouen, also known as the “Blue City.” Here, we explore the charming blue-washed streets, vibrant markets, and picturesque mountain scenery. You can visit artisan shops or simply soak in the serene atmosphere.

10ᵗʰ Day: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

Our final day begins with breakfast before heading to the Volubilis Roman Ruins, where we explore mosaics and historic columns. Next, we drive to Meknes, known for its grand gates and royal heritage. We visit the Bab Mansour Gate, the Royal Stables, and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. Finally, we return to Fes, concluding our incredible 10-day Morocco desert trip.
